	We are a food technology company based in New Jersey dedicated to employing science and technology to develop and manufacture authentic Ghanaian and West African Food products for worldwide distribution. It started as a simple challenge to formulate a fufu product like no other. After a long and meticulous research work based on sound scientific and engineering fundamentals, we came out with three excellent products: (1) Mama’s Choice Plantain Fufu Flour (2) Mama’s Choice Cocoyam Fufu Flour (3) Mama’s Choice Jack Mackerel. All of which have received great reviews and response from our numerous customers who have been bold enough to try. From our customers, our products are indeed the best on the market today. This is not surprising since we select and use the best and most authentic ingredients on earth for our products. It is our commitment to continue to provide our costumers with the best products possible. Mama’s Choice continues to make waves and will definitely transform the landscape of the fufu market one consumer at a time.
